Cart of CINEMA (Community Improvement, News, & Engagement through Media Arts) is a mobile tool for people to engage in community projects through media arts and technology. Community members will be attracted to Cart of CINEMA's multiple screens showing short movies and media arts activities we will be hosting around the theme of the Bottineau LRT.
